My Review
Hourglass is the best book of this series so far. I could not put it down, it was just too good!
This installment picks up just days after where Stargazer ended. Bianca and Raquel have left Evernight Academy after the attack and fire from Black Cross. They are now hiding out with Lucas and the Black Cross cell. Raquel thinks it is so great that she finally belongs somewhere and even finds a new love interest. Bianca and Lucas can finally be together. But things never go as planned and they find themselves in cramped quarters with the other Black Cross members. They don't get to spend much time alone together. They have a plan to leave and start their lives together. That doesn't go as planned either though. Will they make it out alive or will something tear them apart?
I loved that we got to see more of Bianca and Lucas's
relationship and just how much they love each other. They showed just how far they are willing to
go to be with each other. I did not
enjoy their time with Black Cross though.
I was happy that Balthazar, Vic and Ranaulf all were in this one a
little more. The ending left us with a
cliffhanger and I am excited to find out what happens next. Overall a great book and like I said my
favorite so far in this series!
