Have you ever ventured out of your preferred genres? If so, were you surprised you enjoyed the book?

My Answer
I tend to not venture out of my preferred genres but there are times that I do. I have read books that I would not normally read but I found them to be interesting and fun to read. So yes once in a while I will read something from a genre that I normally don't read.
I do every once in a while and have found a few good ones now and again.
