My Answer

I have never purchase a wrong book.  I am not sure how you would.  Whether I purchase it in person or online I make sure that I have the book that I want before I purchase it.

    I've definitely bought a book, got home and realised I already had a copy - I'm trying to catalogue all my books now so that doesn't happen again
